Before her stint as Federal Trade Commissioner, Maureen Ohlhausen oversaw the FTC’s Office of Policy Planning and helped to author the 2007 “FTC at 100” report. TechFreedom and the International Center for Law & Economics recently hosted a joint event commemorating the FTC’s 100th year, where the Commissioner explained the relevance of this report offered detailed principles to guide the Commission’s enforcement actions and policymaking in the future.
