We’re excited to announce the sixth installment of our “Tech in the Courts” webinar series—presented collaboratively by TechFreedom and Washington Legal Foundation. Our panel of experts will analyze the White House’s recent proposal to develop an Artificial Intelligence Action Plan. The event is on Wednesday, April 16, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. ET.
The Office of Science and Technology Policy (OSTP) is developing an AI Action Plan with two important goals: sustaining and enhancing America’s AI dominance, and ensuring that overly burdensome requirements do not hinder private sector AI innovation. How can the federal government achieve these objectives? And how might the AI Action Plan approach issues like regulation, open-source technologies, and free speech? Our panel of experts will explore these issues and offer valuable insights:
- Andy Jung, TechFreedom
- Neil Chilson, Abundance Institute
- Kristian Stout, International Center for Law & Economics
