TechFreedom Statement on FCC Appeal of Prometheus III Decision

WASHINGTON D.C. —TechFreedom General Counsel James Dunstan issued the following statement in support of the FCC’s appeal of the Third Circuit’s Decision in Prometheus Radio Project v. FCC.

TechFreedom supports the FCC’s effort to overturn the Third Circuit’s decision in Prometheus III.  Anytime a decision starts with ‘here we go again,’ and a court concludes that the FCC can’t follow Congressional directive to eliminate burdensome regulation so long as the court finds the existing regulations ‘convenient’ to keep around, it’s time for another set of grown-ups to review this decades-old fight.
