Today, TechFreedom was joined by several distinguished scholars of First Amendment, Internet, and technology law in a letter expressing our concerns about the Kids Off Social Media Act (KOSMA). As introduced, the act would coerce websites into mandatory age verification, make children less safe, cut teens off from public discourse, and unconstitutionally infringe on platforms’ editorial discretion.
