Matthew Starr is a Legal Fellow at TechFreedom. Prior to joining TechFreedom, he worked as a Public Policy Fellow at Comcast. He has also interned in the House Energy and Commerce Committee and at the Media Bureau of the FCC. Starr is a member of the New York State Bar, and received his J.D. from Catholic University in 2011 where he was enrolled in the Institute for Communications Law and was heavily involved in a number of organizations dedicated to legal issues in the Internet and technology sector. He received his BA in Economics from the University of Virginia.
